Reflecting on progress might sound like a chore, but it’s a game-changer when done right. Once the sliver of the Buck moon disappears behind the oncoming Sturgeon moon, it’s time for me to review my goals for this cycle. No, I’m not in a lunar cult (yet). It’s just that taking a moment to reflect on progress is crucial to aligning your next set of goals.
How to set up for Waning Crescent Journal Prompt
As my mentor Skully always said, “Crush it, learn from it, and move on.” This advice is the moonlight that shines down as I review my goals.
Take a paper out and write (and answer) the following questions:
- What worked for this cycle?
- What didn’t work for this cycle?
- What do I want to remember as I move forward to make some new goals?
- Did my goals change or shift? If so, how?
- What are some next steps?
So there you have it—I’ve got another notch in the challenge belt. The Morning DUMP—don’t worry, it’s just Dump, Upload, Manage, Progress—and a Journal prompt.
Stay tuned—À demain!
