I spent 3 days arguing with randos… and this is what I should have been doing instead.

    GET TO THE POINT PAPA

I spent the last 3 days arguing with randos on the internet.

    You know the kind.
The “this is theft,” “this isn’t real,” “back in my day we…” crowd.

An Anti-AI themed bingo card of all anti-AI sayings people tested as the “numbers,” and a row of bingo dauber marks singling they’ve heard it called out.
It’s too easy to “win,” because there’s no winner in this debate.

And what did I get out of it?

    Absolutely nothing.

Meanwhile, this is what I could have been doing.

    This?

A picture of two single crochet chains I’ve given up on, laying across my leg.
    Failed continued single-crochet (sc) stitches

This is me learning crochet with my daughter.

And yeah—it looks like hot garbage.

Tension is all over the place.
    The yarn is fighting me.
The hook slips mid-loop like it’s trying to escape the conversation entirely.

    But here’s the thing:

    I’m actually getting better.

Not because I read a perfect guide.
Not because someone argued me into it.

But because I watched people do it…
    picked up on the rhythm…
    and started failing forward.

    Sound familiar?

    It should.

Because it’s the same thing with AI.

You can argue about it all day…
or you can use it, fumble through it, and actually get better.

    One produces noise.

The other produces… whatever the hell this is.

    And I’ll take this.

    Every time.

    OKAY, THE POINT IS:

    TL:DR;

Stop arguing online and go make something.
